We help elders or dependent adults remain safely in their homes, through our three Adult Services programs: Adult Protective Services (APS) In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) In-Home Care Network (IHCN), also known as the Public Authority. This national hotline is another valuable resource for people whose depression has escalated to suicidal or other harmful thoughts.
